Has anybody submitted their CA docs after obtaining their CA life settlement broker license and not heard anything? We submitted our docs and NOTHING. Not even a confirmation that they were received. I know CA is a mess, but it seems like the DOI is a huge black hole. What has everyone else's experience been?

Does anyone else think it is strange that Minn is the only state requiring surety bonds for life settlement brokers?
